Course Description

This course will explore ways that generational gaps can be decreased in the workplace. There may be descriptions of the five generations within this activity that appear stereotypical; these generalizations are not intended to classify individuals, but rather attempt to capture how various generational groups may view each other and how this may lead to conflict.
